Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Examify's website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Examify ("Examify," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, enrolling in coaching, purchasing exam access, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.


1. Eligibility and Accounts

  • Our Services are intended for students from Class 1 to Class 12. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must create your account, supervise its use, and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.


2. Our Services

Examify offers two primary ways to access our platform:

2.1 Coaching Programs (Class 1–12): Enrolled students receive access to live and recorded classes, study materials, mentor support, and assessments as described in the applicable coaching package.

2.2 Pay-Per-Exam Access: Students who are not enrolled in a coaching program may separately purchase access to mock tests, sectional test series, and previous years' papers, along with result analysis, as described at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to inform users of material changes.


3. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

  • Fees for coaching programs and pay-per-exam access are as displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.
  • All payments must be made through our approved payment partners. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
  • Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy at the time of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; changes will not affect services already purchased.
  • Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access to coaching or exam services.


4. Exam Conduct and Integrity

To maintain fairness for all students, the following rules apply during any test, mock exam, or assessment taken on the Platform:

  • You must complete exams honestly, using only permitted materials, and without unauthorized assistance.
  • Actions such as tab-switching, use of unauthorized devices, sharing exam content, or attempting to manipulate scores may be logged, flagged, and result in penalties, including score invalidation or account suspension.
  • If you experience a genuine technical issue during an exam, you may flag it through our live support feature; our team will review and address it fairly, which may include pausing your timer.
  • We reserve the right to review flagged sessions and make final determinations regarding exam integrity violations.


5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized use of your account
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content, test questions, or study materials from the Platform without our written permission
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform's systems or security
  • Upload or transmit harmful, abusive, or infringing content
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these provisions.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including course materials, test questions, videos, graphics, software, and the Examify name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Examify and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content solely for your personal educational use. No other rights are granted.


7. Parental Consent and Responsibility

By enrolling a child in our Services, a parent or guardian confirms that they:

  • Have the legal authority to consent on the child's behalf
  • Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy on behalf of the child
  • Are responsible for monitoring the child's use of the Platform, including payment activity


8. Disclaimers

  • Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
  • While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our test content, coaching material, or performance analytics will result in any specific exam or academic outcome.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or content of any third-party coaching institute's materials delivered through partnerships on our Platform.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Examify and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or academic opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.


10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may also stop using the Services and close your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.


11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
